Whichever side of the "For Sale" sign you're on, a quality home inspection is essential.
If you're buying, you want to know that the home you are considering is safe and sound. You want to avoid costly surprises.
If you're selling your home, you are required to make full disclosure of any and all deficiencies. After a professional home inspection, you will be aware of any changes that need to be made in your home (if any) in order to market it most effectively.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, an objective, professional inspection can provide important information necessary to make good decisions and assist in any negotiations.
At A-1 Quality Home Inspections, our goal is to help facilitate the sale of homes by providing reliable answers to questions regarding safety, health and maintenance issues and provide quality information to buyers and/or sellers designed to alleviate fears.
We provide customers with simple alternatives and suggestions.
Protecting your investment will help home buyers and sellers become more informed about their home purchase or sale.
A-1 Quality Home Inspection provides customer and realtor incentives for repeat business.
No inspection is too large or too small; we inspect them all.
Hi, I'm Bud. Please allow me to introduce myself.
I’m a Colorado native, college graduate, military veteran, home builder, catastrophe adjuster for the major insurance companies (ie: State Farm, Farmers, USAA, AAA. Etc.) and a nationally certified home inspector.
I obtained a degree in Science, and later attended CU in Denver to pursue a degree in engineering.
I spent the next 23 years as a home builder, and built custom and spec homes from 700 sq ft to over 11,000 sq ft.
As a catastrophe adjuster, I spent 15 years assessing damage from major weather
Due to the years of building experience, I have a very good understanding of structures from the ground up. My years as a catastrophe adjuster taught me that most any structure can be repaired, so I don’t get upset when I find an “issue”. I can identify the issue and generally explain the scope and how to solve it. I am not an “alarmist”.
I have also received many special certifications (see attached) with several from Haag Engineering which is one of the top nation wide engineering companies.
I maintain a flexible schedule and can usually fit another inspection within 24-48 hours.
Also, I do offer a discount for teachers and military.
Thank you for your time in reviewing this and I hope to be able to work with you.
